Right away, you'll see that our 10-foot hollow core panels are two feet wider than most precast panels. You'll see fewer caulk joints. Step closer and measure the wall thickness. You'll be surprised to find Sanders' panels uniform in thickness with a variance of just .125 inches, the best in the precast concrete industry, resulting in a better- looking panel.

1. Panels are cast on a bed form 600 feet long. After reaching design strength, the panels are cut to job specific lengths.		2. Panels are lifted by vacuum, virtually eliminating damage potential.
3. The combination of heated beds and curing blankets enable the precast to reach a minumum strength of 4,000 psi in 12 hours or less, allowing us to cast panels every day on the same bed.		4. The exceptional quality of our panels makes it possible to erect several thousand square feet per day, saving time and money.
