Sanders - Poured Basement Walls |

Sanders Building & Contracting
A Sanders Building and Contracting basement means one call gets you more. When you call us, a lot happens! An experienced Sanders crew from our yard heads out to your site and a temporary drive is installed with option of Dura Mat systems. Our in house excavating team means we dig all our own basements and the footings are installed using Form-A-Drain. This encloses foundation perimeter for best long term drainage and is installed with the footing for the most effective water channeling. That means your drainage system is integrated into the entire foundation. We use #8 gravel under slab and Visqueen vapor barrier installed before slab is poured. All footings are installed per building codes with all walls 8” thick and are rated 3500 psi, exceeding industry standards. We then do 8’ and 9’ walls based on your requirements with sump pits and lids provided. In all poured walls, rebar is 24” on center vertical with 2 to 3 horizontal rebars based on your specifications and applicable building codes. All window wells are attached to Form-A-Drain for best drainage. We then apply Rub-R-Wall water proofing, which offers a durable, environmentally friendly, transferable limited lifetime warranty. After approved inspection basement is backfilled and graded and we call you when site is ready for lumber package. All with one call to Sanders and with over 30 years experience, we confidently stand behind our work 100%. We thank you for your time and if you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to email Rich Ludlow or call at 769-5503.
