Sanders - Key Personnel

The management team consists of individuals who are willing to achieve a common goal.  The mission statement is simple: we will achieve profit through accurate accounting and timely adjustments.  Change is a necessary step that each team member understands.  All impediments to this vision are removed.  Listed below are some of the key members of our team:    

Mike Cook has worked for the Sanders Companies since 1988, bringing 15 years of experience in the construction field with him.  Mike directs Sanders Building and Contracting, Inc. and has given us the reputation of being a dependable, high quality subcontractor.

Mike and Terry Sanders, brothers of Mark Sanders, have been involved in the company for over 30 years. Their experience in the construction, concrete and foundation business has been instrumental in researching and developing the new pre-cast process. Both will be instrumental in plant operations.

Devon Moon, Chief Financial Officer, who has extensive accounting experience, specializing in real estate development and construction.

Bruce Wozny has worked for Sanders Companies since 1985, bringing years of experience in the construction field with him. Bruce is the development coordinator for Sanders Companies. He coordinates contractors for site development.

When Sanders decided to expand its custom home building in 1989, John Miller was hired as the field superintendent. John’s previous experience was in remodeling and new home construction. For the past several years John has been the sales coordinator for Linmarc Homes, Inc.

Paul Gootee has been with the company since 2005 and is our Sales Manager for Sanders Pre-Cast Concrete Systems, Inc. He brings his strong general contractor relationships with him and handles the Pre-Cast project management and estimating.

Rich Ludlow joined Sanders in 1990 after having been in the lumber industry for over 15 years. Rich oversees all basement projects for the entire company as well as project management and estimating for the Building and Contracting division.

Shawn Wirey started in 1998, working in the field before leading his own basement crew. His hard work and ability to handle all situations led to him becoming the plant manager for the Pre-Cast division.

Tom Ardizone joined the company in 2005 after over 15 years experience in advertising sales. He oversees a division of the company, Temporary Paving and Drives, handling sales, bids and scheduling.

Fred Hopkins was hired in 2007 for the newest division of the company, Sound Barrier Walls and MSE Retention Walls. He has decades of experience in the construction industry with extensive industry contacts.

Kasey Waggoner is the newest member of the team, starting in late 2007, and works with both Fred and Paul. He has 8 years of sales experience he brings to the selling process for Pre-Cast and Barrier Walls.
